Our story
With deep Italian familial lines, and a mother who taught him to roll gnocchi before he could walk, Robert Campo founded Campo di Vino in 2008. His goal? To share with the community the incredible food and lasting traditions that he grew up with.
With a focus on fresh ingredients and a drive to produce everything from scratch, Robert and his wife Michele began making luganiga, salamites, and chorizo with Gary and Mary Rubalcaba, who brought along their wonderful family recipes. As the community sought out these lost specialties, they were soon flooded with orders by word of mouth alone.

In January of 2011, Robert and Michele purchased the business wholly and son Kevin joined them to help make and sell Campo di Vino products. Along with a variety of sausages, Campo di Vino offers prepared roasts, still made to order by Gary at the shop, jarred antipasto, homemade ravioli, and bolognese sauce, as well as other Italian specialties.
Campo di Vino not only focuses on bringing quality food and wine to your table, but also coordinates several wine tastings and other events year-round.
